Dear Business Leader,
The Southern University Alumni Federation Home Chapter is hosting its 9th Annual Crawfish Boil and Music Festival on Saturday, May 6 from noon until 6 p.m. on the lawn of the Mayberry Dining Hall at Southern University in Baton Rouge. Zydeco Musician Chris Ardoin will perform at the event along with the Human Jukebox band.
There will also be a vendor market. We would like to invite you to become a sponsor. Sponsorship levels are listed below.
Attendees are asked to bring their lawn chairs and enjoy the beautiful campus on Scott’s bluff. Nearly 1,000 alumni, friends, and supporters attended the event last year. It’s a fun time for the whole family! Proceeds are used to help fund scholarships for deserving students.
Tickets are $35 for crawfish or fried fish. Tickets can be purchased at www.suhomechapter.org.
The Southern University Alumni Federation Home Chapter is one of the fastest growing chapters in the Southern University system, with more than 300 members. The home chapter strives to continue to uphold the progressive vision of our noble forefathers. As proud Southernites, we owe it them to remain committed to uplifting and supporting yesterday’s dreams, today’s realities, and tomorrow’s visions.
Thank you in advance for your support. For more information, contact Michelle McCalope, Home Chapter First Vice President at 1stvp@suhomechapter.org.
Sincerely,
SU Home Chapter Board
