Entry Fee: $60.00 for 4 team members. $10 for each additional team member

Make checks payable to the Southern University Alumni Federation Home Chapter (memo: Crawfish Boil Entry).

Entry Forms may be emailed to president@suhomechapter.org, or mailed to P.O. Box 12321, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 70813 no later than April 28, 2023.

Registration will NOT be confirmed until entry fee and form are received.
