Southern University Alumni Home Chapter is an organization dedicated to fostering academic excellence and access to higher education for deserving students in our community. The Home Chapter of the Southern University Alumni Federation strives to continue to uphold the progressive vision of our noble forefathers. As proud Southernites, we owe it to them to remain committed to uplifting and supporting yesterday’s dreams, today’s realities, and tomorrow’s visions.
We are hosting our annual Southern University Alumni Black Ball on March 7, 2026 at Southern University Cotillion Ball Room., 801 Harding Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70807. The primary goal of this event is to raise funds for scholarships, directly benefiting talented students in our community and helping them achieve their academic dreams.
We are seeking a partnership with organizations/businesses that share our commitment to education and community development, which is why we believe your company would be an ideal partner. Your support would have a significant, tangible impact on these students' futures.
The high cost of education can be a significant barrier for many talented students. Your sponsorship would directly help cover essential expenses like tuition fees, books, and supplies, allowing recipients to focus on their studies and future careers.
